Have you ever been dreaming and needed to get out of a situation, run away from something or just make your body move; but your mind couldn't relay that movement to your body? Your conscience knew what it wanted to do, but your subconscious didn't know how to make you move. Those are the times when we need to plead the Blood of Jesus!The Lord visits us in our dreams, as well as in our awake moments of life. I had the wonderful opportunity to experience the Holy Spirit's power last night in a dream wherein my baby was seemingly asleep in the other room (those who know she comes to our bed around 4am are chuckling at this), when I heard this child's voice coming from the basement.
Knowing my baby was sleeping soundly, I ventured to the door of the basement, and heard it again. I came back and told my husband and his friend who was over at the time, and of course one had to go down there and see, but didn't find anything.
To keep the story short for times sake; we were sitting on the couch pondering this mysterious voice when all of a sudden I saw curtains blowing over my baby, and in that instance, I shouted, "In the Name of Jesus" and the curtains stopped blowing, some glasses crashed to the floor, and a very calming peace and happiness filled my spirit! I woke up praying for people that I haven't talked to or prayed for in a while, and stayed up rejoicing Jesus for a while, then I went back to a peaceful sleep.
Be ye ever ready to listen to the Holy Spirit when it comes to you at any time of the day or night. It brings about a peace that only comes from Jesus. He will bless you, He will give you peace, and He will protect you and your loved ones.
